About: Nordseed is a Danish equity crowdfunding platform that lets anyone invest in early-stage Danish startups from 100 DKK. Think Crowdcube, but Danish, cheaper, and with MobilePay. A live prototype is available at nseed.lovable.app.

The market: The Nordic crowdfunding market is untouched. A new Danish law from January 2025 now allows ApS companies to do equity crowdfunding for the first time. The timing is right.

What you'll own: You will build and own the entire technical platform: Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, Stripe + MobilePay payment integration, MitID verification, and admin tooling. This is a CTO role from day one.

What i'm looking for:

  • Strong full-stack skills, Next.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL, REST APIs
  • Experience building something in production, not just hobby projects
  • Fintech or regulated product experience is a plus
  • Based in Copenhagen or willing to meet regularly

What I offer:

  • 25–35% equity with 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff
