Technical Co Founder

We are looking for a technical co-founder to lead all of product development, architecture, and technical strategy. Responsibilities will include:

Architect and build the FirmGrid AI platform end-to-end: frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure;
Design and develop core product modules: matter management, deadline tracking, document storage, client communication logs, and invoicing;
Build and maintain REST API integrations with third-party platforms including e-Courts, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Tally;
Integrate AI capabilities to automate workflows, surface insights, and reduce administrative burden on legal teams;
Own deployment pipelines, system security, reliability, and scalability;
Collaborate on product strategy, technical roadmap, and prioritisation decisions directly with the founding team;
Manage any future engineering hires and contractors as the team grows.
