🔍 Your Mission

As CSO and Co-Founder, you’ll shape the go-to-market strategy of HubDock – the first open MDM ecosystem and plug-and-play platform for business apps. You’ll lead sales, partnerships, and early customer acquisition to build a scalable revenue model and activate strategic adoption.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the sales and growth strategy (B2B SaaS / platform model)
  • Build the partner and early adopter ecosystem (industry, tech, consulting)
  • Drive customer acquisition and go-to-market operations
  • Lead the development of pitch decks, sales funnels, and commercial models
  • Represent HubDock at events, with investors, and in strategic alliances
  • Work closely with the CEO and CTO to align product and market feedback

👤 What You Bring

  • Entrepreneurial mindset & willingness to take full ownership
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, SaaS, partnerships or platform business
  • Ideally experience in MDM, CRM, ERP, or enterprise software
  • Fluent in German and English, confident in communicating with partners and clients
  • Bonus: Experience with early-stage startups, investor relations or fundraising
