🚀 CSO / Business Development (Co-Founder)Location: Remote-first

🔍 Your Mission
As CSO and Co-Founder, you’ll shape the go-to-market strategy of HubDock – the first open MDM ecosystem and plug-and-play platform for business apps. You’ll lead sales, partnerships, and early customer acquisition to build a scalable revenue model and activate strategic adoption.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales and growth strategy (B2B SaaS / platform model)
- Build the partner and early adopter ecosystem (industry, tech, consulting)
- Drive customer acquisition and go-to-market operations
- Lead the development of pitch decks, sales funnels, and commercial models
- Represent HubDock at events, with investors, and in strategic alliances
- Work closely with the CEO and CTO to align product and market feedback
👤 What You Bring
- Entrepreneurial mindset & willingness to take full ownership
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales, SaaS, partnerships or platform business
- Ideally experience in MDM, CRM, ERP, or enterprise software
- Fluent in German and English, confident in communicating with partners and clients
- Bonus: Experience with early-stage startups, investor relations or fundraising
